Due to Milton's growth and development, we are seeking to hire:

International Trucking Dispatcher

Work Location: Długołęka, Poland

Your Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers and operations team to schedule transport activities
• Collaborate with the operations team to modify routes and loading/delivery timings to accommodate the business needs
• Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to ensure long-term cooperation and reduce the stress of last-minute schedule changes
• Identifying traffic problems and issues on the road and creating appropriate corrective actions to achieve on-time results.
• Creating dispatching reports, billing reports, and maintenance logs

Our Requirements

• Knowledge of English
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work in and adapt to a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Team player and able to work with others
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes night shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability to respond to customers/ drivers after traditional work hours
• Previous knowledge within the transport/logistics industry will be considered an advantage
