For our Client, JYSK - a leading international retail organization, we are looking for dynamic and results-driven**HR Manager (Dyrektor HR)**to join their growing operations. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the people agenda within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you are an experienced HR professional who thrives on driving change, building strong teams, and partnering closely with senior leadership - this role is for you. As HR Director, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Country Director and the local management team, owning and driving the full HR agenda across the country. You will be instrumental in strengthening organizational capabilities, enhancing company culture, and ensuring the delivery of business results through people.

Requirements

  • proven experience as an HR Director/Manager in retail industry,
  • strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire,
  • high energy, positive mindset, and the ability to energize others,
  • strong business acumen with a commercial and strategic mindset,
  • hands-on approach combined with a “helicopter view” of the organization,
  • structured, analytical, and skilled in project management,
  • ability to drive change and deliver results in a dynamic environment,
  • solid HR toolkit and understanding of modern HR practices,
  • fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • act as a strategic sparring partner to senior leadership on organizational development,
  • drive and execute the HR and people agenda in close cooperation with the management team,
  • lead and implement HR tools, processes, and best practices across the organization,
  • monitor and improve key HR metrics at all organizational levels,
  • oversee all core HR areas, including: company culture and employee engagement, talent acquisition and onboarding, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR systems, data, and reporting, employee relations and offboarding,
  • lead, motivate, and develop the local HR team.
