HR Controlling Specialist (Payroll) with French (m/k)

Zakres obowiązków Act as a key link between Finance (R2R) and HR (incl. Payroll) Manage end-to-end HR cost controlling (headcount & personnel costs) Support monthly closing (accruals, intercompany, restatements) Consolidate and analyze data across countries Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Deliver reports, analyses, and cost simulations Perform variance analysis and provide business insights Ensure data accuracy and consistency between HR & Finance Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives Wymagania Experience in HR Controlling / Finance / Data Analysis Fluent English and French (min.
