About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Head of Engineering to lead our entire engineering organization and shape the technical direction of Reality Games. You'll oversee multiple engineering teams, drive architectural excellence, and ensure our platform scales globally while maintaining the quality and innovation our players expect. This is a strategic leadership role that combines hands-on technical expertise with organizational leadership. You'll work on-site in our iconic Kraków headquarters, collaborating closely with product, design, and analytics teams to deliver world-class gaming experiences.
