Grape Hospitality operates, owns and manages over 80 hotels and some 60 restaurants in 8 European countries, representing more than 8,000 rooms.

Our group's mission is to provide innovative management to meet new customer expectations through attractive renovations and the implementation of a management team capable of strongly developing the business and profitability of its establishments.

On the other hand, the group is developing its catering business by creating innovative concepts and integrating commercial brands within its hotels. Grape Hospitality's ambition is to make its sites true living spaces open to all, by integrating bars, restaurants, wellness and leisure areas.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung deiner Station im Restaurant & Barbereich
• Empfang, Beratung und Betreuung unserer Gäste mit Charme & Kompetenz
• Empfehlung von Speisen, Drinks und Signature Cocktails im Günter-Stil
• Mitgestaltung der Getränkekarte inkl. Signature Cocktail & creative Specials
• Verantwortung für Mise-en-place, Sauberkeit & Einhaltung der Hygienevorgaben
• Organisation und Ablaufsteuerung im Tages- und Abendservice
• Kontrolle von Sauberkeit, Mise-en-place und Ordnung
• Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Bar und Management – du bist Teil des Ganzen
