Growth & Content Specialist - B2B Tech / Software Development

Code & Pepper builds and scales digital products for fintech, healthtech and other technology companies. We help startups and established businesses ship reliable software with experienced engineering teams.

You'll own our organic growth function end to end - strategy, SEO, GEO, the writing, the publishing process and the analytics behind it. You set the direction and write your own briefs, hold the cadence, coordinate technical work with engineering, and answer for content that ships, ranks, gets cited and converts.

Must have Proven ownership of an SEO/content function - you ran the process and answered for results, not just produced to someone else's briefsNear-native or native written English with a portfolio of long-form B2B technology writing

• Demonstrable GEO / AI-search work - you can walk us through what you did and how you measured whether it worked
• Strong SEO judgment: keyword research, on-page, content architecture, and the ability to set strategy rather than follow itComfort with GA4 and Search Console, and the habit of using data to prioritise
• Ability to run a process end to end across engineering and marketing
• Self-directed and reliable against deadlines
• Nice to have
• Writing about fintech, healthtech, AI or SaaS; technical fluency (engineering teams, APIs, product development);

CRO and conversion copywriting; schema markup, headless CMS or Git-based publishing; Ahrefs / Semrush / Screaming Frog; AI-visibility tooling (Profound, Peec, Otterly)

Nice to have

Experience writing about fintech, healthtech, AI, or SaaS, and technical fluency (engineering teams, APIs, product development).

Experience with GEO / AI-search optimization and conversion-rate optimization
