Planning & S& OP:

Lead the monthly S& OP process, integrating demand, assembly pipelines, supply planning, capacity constraints, and executive decision-making into a structured governance cadence.

Build and maintain a long-term rolling demand and supply forecast, aligned across Commercial, Operations, and Finance.

Coordinate production planning across all sites to optimize inventory while maintaining On-Time Delivery.

Capacity & Network Management:

Define and maintain a long-term view of the global capacity outlook, including constraints, growth opportunities, and requirements related to new business.

Balance capacity across all manufacturing and assembly sites.

Define and maintain a framework for volume management, allowing sites to manage short-term output adjustments within agreed tolerances while escalating decisions with CAPEX, fixed-cost, or cross-site impact to Group level.

Decide on production allocation for new products

Develop cost scenario plans for demand/supply shocks, capacity constraints, and growth opportunities.

Inventory & Supply Chain Performance:

Establish global governance to control inventory levels and improve inventory turns.

Maintain a reliable, forward-looking view of inventory, supply risks, and potential shortages.

Ensure supply chain decisions balance inventory, cost, capacity, and customer delivery requirements.

Data & Process Governance:

Oversee the implementation and continuous development of a global ERP solution, in close cooperation with IT and relevant business functions.

Improve data quality, systems integration, and supply chain visibility to support reliable reporting and decision-making.

Document core SCM business processes at a global level.

Define clear governance for key processes, including KPIs, review cadence, responsibilities, and escalation paths.

KPI & Performance Governance:

Own core global supply chain KPIs, including: Inventory Turns, Plan Adherence, Schedule Adherence, Backorder Rate, On-Time Delivery, S& OP Effectiveness.

Establish a consistent performance review cadence across sites and ensure transparency of key risks and actions.

Drive continuous improvement based on data, trends, and cross-site performance comparisons.

Strategy:

Develop and maintain the Global Supply Chain Strategy and Roadmap on an annual basis.

Translate the strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, and measurable targets.

Report progress, key risks, and strategic actions to leadership on a quarterly basis.

Identify opportunities to improve the global supply chain network, resilience, efficiency, and scalability.

. 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, operations, or a related field, with proven experience in an industry characterized by long lead times and complex, multi-tier supply chains, such as renewable energy, aerospace, automotive, or heavy industry., Proven experience working in a global, multi-site manufacturing environment, with exposure to China, Europe, and America preferred., Demonstrated experience leading S& OP processes and integrating Commercial, Operations, and Finance into effective decision-making., Proven track record in capacity planning, production allocation, and network-level decision-making., Experience managing supply chain performance through KPIs, governance, and continuous improvement., Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects., Strong understanding of supply chain data, systems integration, and the importance of data quality for business decisions., Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Finance, IT, and manufacturing sites., Ability to work strategically while remaining sufficiently hands-on to drive execution across multiple locations., Master’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
