GL Accountant with German

GL Accountant with GermanKey Responsibilities:

End-to-end General Ledger accounting within an SSC environment

• Month-end close activities and reconciliations
• Accruals and prepayments management
• Provisions and reserves accounting
• Fixed assets accounting (capitalization, depreciation, disposals)

Intercompany accounting and reconciliations

• Supporting process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders and finance teams in Germany
• Adherence to internal controls and accounting policies
• Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in GL/RTR.

Strong accounting knowledge: accruals, provisions, fixed assets, intercompany.

Experience in process transitions, migrations or finance function integration is a strong advantage

Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a bonus.

Fluent in English and good German (written and spoken).

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to work independently.

Customer-oriented, solution-focused, and a good team player.
