Currently, we are searching for a candidate for our client, a global investment bank - an international firm offering leading financial services and technological solutions in asset management. Funds Transfer Payment Processing Specialist Responsibilities: Transaction Processing:

• Process transactions accurately and within established timelines, ensuring alignment with market and client deadlines.
• Operate effectively in a team-based environment where tasks require dual control and close collaboration.
• Maintain flexibility to support different transaction types depending on business needs and volume fluctuations. Problem Resolution:
• Analyze and investigate unclear or incomplete instructions received electronically.
• Resolve issues independently where possible and escalate appropriately when needed.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed in accordance with Funds Transfer procedures and internal controls. Communication:
• Manage communication with internal stakeholders, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide clear, concise, and high-quality written and verbal responses. Risk & Control:
• Strictly adhere to company policies, with particular focus on Funds Transfer procedures and departmental guidelines.
• Identify and escalate any risk-related or sensitive issues promptly to management. Requirements:
• English at minimum B2 level.
• Solid PC skills and familiarity with standard office tools.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Professional approach to client service.
