FIS Front Arena Specialist – Business Analysis & Development

About the role

We are looking for experienced FIS Front Arena Specialists (Senior/Expert level) to join a project for one of our clients in the financial services sector.

We are looking for 4 specialists with strong hands-on experience in the FIS Front Arena platform. Depending on their background, candidates may take on responsibilities related to business analysis, software development, technical consulting or a combination of these areas.

The role offers an opportunity to work on projects covering key financial markets and banking processes, including Trading, Treasury, Back Office and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and area of expertise, your responsibilities may include:

• Analysing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Working with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify system requirements.
• Developing, configuring and customizing the FIS Front Arena platform.
• Implementing system enhancements and supporting existing Front Arena solutions.
• Analysing and resolving functional and technical issues.
• Supporting business processes across Trading, Treasury, Back Office and Accounting.
• Collaborating with business users, technical teams and other project stakeholders.
• Providing technical and functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supporting system testing, troubleshooting and implementation activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven, hands-on experience with FIS Front Arena.

• Senior or Expert-level expertise in the Front Arena platform.

• Experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Front Arena Business Analysis

• Front Arena Development

• Front Arena Technical Consulting

• Front Arena Techno-Functional Consulting

• Front Arena Application Support / Consulting

• Good understanding of financial markets and banking processes.

• Domain knowledge covering one or more of the following areas:

• Trading

• Treasury

• Back Office

• Accounting

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Professional English.

Nice to Have

• Experience working across multiple Front Arena functional areas.
• Experience combining business analysis with technical implementation.
• Experience in large-scale financial services or banking environments.
• Previous experience working in international project teams.

Project Details

• Position: FIS Front Arena Specialist – Business Analysis & Development
• Seniority: Senior / Expert
• Duration: Minimum 12 months, with a strong possibility of extension.
• Location: Remote
• Travel: Occasional, infrequent business trips to the client’s location in Munich, Germany.
