Financial Controller - Real Estate

Zakres obowiązków Preparing and control of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, Preparing group reporting packages in accordance with IFRS, Ongoing support and supervision over accounting department including statutory and group audits, Cash flow management, Responsible for bank reporting, Supporting investment properties valuation process on portfolio for group reporting as well as for bank loan agreements purposes, Cost control over development projects, Designing and implementation of tools/processes for efficient financial and operational reporting, Company representation with banks, appraisers, auditors and other entities. Wymagania Min. 4 years of experience in financial audit or/and financial controlling (ideally in real estate sector), ACCA or CIMA (or in progress) will be a big advantage, Very good knowledge of Polish Accounting Act and IFRS, Proficiency in MS Excel, Good command of English both spoken and written, Commitment, focus on achieving goals, Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines, High interpersonal and analytical skills.
