• Join a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program focused on replacing legacy banking systems with a unified Core Banking Platform. As an Expert IT Analyst, you will drive requirements end-to-end, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams in a complex banking environment. Responsibilities you'll haveGather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements
• Translate requirements into features, user stories, and functional specifications
• Drive requirements from discovery through documentation to handover for development
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams
• Identify dependencies and support delivery within a large transformation program Expected competences and knowledge10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact
• Experience within the banking sector, preferably in a large financial institution
• Strong knowledge of banking products and processes
• Experience working in large-scale programs involving 300+ participants
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent English Technologies you'll work with
