Regional Port Operations and Container Management (RPC) cover responsibilities ranging from Regional Operations Control to Regional Container Steering for the whole of Europe. RPC is a unique unit where operations related to empty inventory management and coordination of loading laden units are centralized in one place. Digital Transformation Development Team is responsible for defining business problems via in depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. Optimization of existing and creating new processes, developing innovative tools for Teams within the Department. Coordinating rollout of new systems and processes within the departments. Cost savings initiatives. Automation of department tasks. Analyzing data to support management in the decision making process.
