As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Graphic & Digital Designer to help shape our brand, create engaging visual content and strengthen our digital presence.🎯 Your MissionYou'll combine creative design with digital marketing, helping build a strong and consistent brand across every customer touchpoint. From designing websites and marketing materials to supporting campaigns and improving user experience, you'll play a key role in how K Charles is seen by customers and partners.🚀 What You'll Do🎨 Design modern websites, landing pages and marketing materials.💻 Create intuitive user experiences and website designs using Figma and WordPress.🌐 Build, update and optimise company websites.📱 Create engaging graphics and content for social media.🚀 Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns.📈 Improve website UX/UI, SEO, responsiveness and performance.🤖 Use AI tools to speed up and enhance your creative workflow.📊 Maintain a consistent visual identity across all online and offline channels.🤝 Work closely with different teams to bring ideas to life.✅ Own projects from concept to launch, delivering high-quality work on time.✅ What We're Looking ForEssential🎯 At least 1 year of experience in graphic and web design.🎨 Strong experience with Figma and WordPress.💡 Good understanding of UX/UI, responsive design and website optimisation.📂 Portfolio showcasing your design work.🗂 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.🔍 Strong attention to detail and a proactive, independent mindset.🤝 Great communication and teamwork skills.📈 Commercial mindset—you understand that good design supports business growth.🇬🇧 Fluent English (written and spoken).
