Developer Relations Engineer (B2B) – Hybrid in Cracow

We are looking for a hands-on Developer Relations Engineer to help build and promote a new internal developer platform for a leading global financial institution.

The goal? Make this platform the easiest and most efficient way for 30,000+ developers to build software - becoming the true “golden path” across the organization.

Hybrid work model – approximately 6 days per month onsite in Cracow + flexible hours.

About the Role

This is a practical, high-impact role focused on creating ready-to-use solutions that developers love: templates, reference implementations, automations, and documentation. Over the next 3–4 years, a large portion of the organization’s workloads will move to this platform. You’ll work closely with developer feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver real value that accelerates development across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain golden-path templates and patterns to speed up onboarding and reduce team differences
• Deliver reusable real-world project examples that teams can adopt directly
• Improve self-service onboarding processes to help the platform scale organization-wide
• Run feedback loops — turn developer pain points into ready-to-use solutions
• Create and continuously enhance platform documentation
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and risk teams to deliver practical, compliant guidance

Requirements

• Strong practical engineering background with experience building templates, automations, reference implementations, onboarding materials, or developer tools
• Deep understanding of developer experience (DevEx) and how to make the right path the easiest one
• Ability to write clear, effective technical documentation for a wide audience
• Strong production mindset (security, resilience, observability, supportability)
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
