Demand Planning Manager

We are looking for an experienced Demand Planning Manager with strong expertise in translating demand forecasts into raw material and production requirements. This role is critical in ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support manufacturing operations while optimizing inventory, service levels, and working capital. The position is based at the manufacturing plant near Kraków 5 days a week.

The ideal candidate is an expert in demand planning, material requirement planning, and production feedstock planning within a manufacturing environment. They will drive forecasting accuracy, align demand with production capabilities, and lead the S& OP process across multiple product categories and markets.
