Your future company

Are you looking for a role where you can step away from being just an "

Excel analyst" and become a true business partner?

For our client - a global manufacturing corporation with thousands of products in its portfolio (ranging from advanced electronics and industrial solutions to consumer goods) - we are looking for experts to join their Wrocław Center of Excellence. This position offers a unique blend of hard analytics (Demand Sensing, statistical modeling) and a strong Business-Facing component (working directly with Sales, Marketing, and EMEA Directors).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Demand Planner / Forecast Planner (Please note: candidate profiles with experience strictly limited to production planning or procurement will not be sufficient for this role).
  • Deep understanding and practical expertise in S& OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) processes.
  • Proficiency in working with advanced ERP / APS systems (SAP APO, Kinaxis, or related platforms are highly preferred).
  • Highly developed "

Business-Facing" competencies: assertiveness, readiness for substantive discussions, and the ability to build strong partnerships with Plant Managers, Sales teams, and Production Planners.

  • Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for daily collaboration with international managers and markets.
  • An understanding of statistical modeling and the application of AI in demand forecasting will be considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of the Demand Planning process for the EMEA region across an assigned, broad product group (managing a portfolio of thousands of diverse SKUs).
  • Direct, expert-level collaboration with both external and internal clients (including working with demand forecasts submitted directly by customers).
  • Active participation in the S& OP process and continuous collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to integrate and validate market assumptions (Market Intelligence).
  • Identifying and managing forecast bias and demand anomalies, alongside implementing corrective actions using statistical tools.
  • Supporting the full product lifecycle within planning systems—from New Product Introductions (NPI), through phase-in/phase-out transitions, up to End-of-Life (EOL) market withdrawal.

The offer

  • Stability & Fast Recruitment: Employment contract (initial 3-month with a clear long-term perspective). Fast-track, 2-stage recruitment process focused on business discussions rather than long case studies.
  • Growth & Global Exposure: A highly visible role within international structures, supported by a structured onboarding process and a dedicated upskilling budget (certifications and studies co-funding).
  • Culture & Well-being: An inclusive, open-door environment with active community groups, CSR initiatives, and regular team integration events.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Extensive private medical care, life insurance, corporate retirement scheme, and a sports card.
  • Work Environment: Currently a flexible hybrid model (only 8 days/month in a modern Wrocław office), transparently transitioning to a target model of 4 days/week on-site starting next year.
