Customer service specialist with Dutch

For a well‑known company in Łódź with an excellent reputation, we are looking for candidates who speak Dutch and English for the Customer Service Specialist position. The role is hybrid, and the office is located in the city centre of Łódź. Work is from Monday to Friday with a flexible start time.

Your responsibilities:

- Email and phone contact with customers;

- Daily order processing in SAP;

- Delivery coordination and daily contact with European branches;

- Managing invoices and credit/debit notes;

- Timely responses to various inquiries;

- Supporting customers in resolving issues and incidents;

- Building long-term relationships with clients.

Our expectations:

- Very good command of English (min. B2);

- Very good command of Dutch (min. B2);

- Experience in customer service;

- Practical knowledge of MS Office;

- Independence and strong communication skills.

- Proactive attitude;
