About Us

We are an international logistics company established in the United Kingdom and Norway. We are now expanding our operations into Poland and opening a new depot in Legnica.

Our company specialises in customer deliveries, route planning, booking delivery dates, and professional customer service. We are looking for a confident and reliable Customer Service Representative who will represent our company and support the growth of our new Polish branch.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join an international company at an early stage in Poland and grow together with us.

Main Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

• contacting customers by phone, email and SMS,
• booking delivery dates with customers,
• asking customers if they are available to receive their delivery on a specific date,
• updating delivery information in our system,
• working closely with our planning team, warehouse and delivery crews,
• representing the company in a professional manner,
• helping with general customer service and office administration.

The job is simple and well organised. The most important things are good communication, accuracy, reliability and a professional attitude.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• speaks fluent Polish,
• speaks good English,
• speaks good German,
• is confident speaking with customers,
• is polite, professional and responsible,
• can work with computers and online systems,
• is organised and accurate,
• can work independently after training,
• wants to grow together with the company.

Experience in customer service, logistics, transport, call centre work or office administration would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided.
