Customer Master Data Business Expertise

As part of deploying a European used vehicle sales management platform, we are seeking two Business Experts responsible for the quality and consistency of the Customer Master Data repository.

Responsibilities

Extract and analyze data from various source repositories.

Build and maintain consolidation files.

Check the quality and consistency of the information.

Identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing data.

Recommend and implement the required corrections.

Verify and correct customer attributes.

Define customer grouping rules.

Ensure identifier consistency across different systems.

Ensure business changes are correctly reflected.

Identify entities missing from the systems.

Manage creation and update requests.

Monitor requests through to production deployment.

Validate the consistency of newly created data.

Work with business and IT teams.

Participate in functional workshops.

Document requirements and business rules.

Track issues and enhancement requests.

Key Requirements

Experience in master data management (customer, supplier, or product data).

Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Strong data analysis skills.

Experience in multi-application environments.

Accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of sales or distribution processes.

Knowledge of the automotive industry.

Experience in digital transformation or Data Quality projects.

Other Details

Required Profiles: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Expert, or Data Analyst.

Autonomy: High degree of autonomy required.

Approach: Structured and problem-solving-oriented.

Engagement: Ability to engage effectively with business and IT stakeholders.

Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English.
