Customer Care Specialist with Czech - Order Entry (m/f/d)

Ensure accurate and timely order processing - enter sales orders into the system based on customer purchase orders., Case management - sort and classify incoming cases to ensure proper processing., Problem Resolution - independently address issues encountered during order processing., Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations – maintain a strong focus on compliance with company policies., Champion a customer-focused mindset – supports positive customer and patient outcomes and contribute to a customer-first culture including resolving customer complaints and claims efficiently., Collaborate with co-workers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues - actively engage with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.. Very good English language skills (B2/C1)., Good command of Czech language (B2)., Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home in a week)., We are open for entry-level candidates, but previous experience in order processing or customer service would be an asset., Experience in the SAP environment would be an asset.
