We're looking for a highly creative UX/UI Designer to join Polcode as a long-term freelance partner. What matters most to us isn't experience in a specific industry or a particular type of product. We're looking for someone whose portfolio immediately grabs attention. Someone who consistently creates digital experiences that stand out from the crowd and leave a lasting impression.

We believe great design should do more than solve problems. It should create a genuine wow effect. The kind that combines usability, aesthetics, storytelling, and originality into experiences that feel modern, memorable, and engaging. You'll support a variety of digital projects, working alongside developers, project managers, and clients from different industries. Some projects will start from a blank canvas, others will require reimagining and elevating existing products. In every case, you'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas, challenge obvious solutions, and shape products that stand out.

We're also looking for someone who actively uses AI in their daily workflow and treats modern AI tools as a natural extension of the design process. This is a flexible freelance partnership with no guaranteed minimum number of hours. The workload will vary depending on project needs and your availability.
