The role focuses on managing processes relating to vendors, contracts, software licences and the oversight of technology budgets supporting global AI and research initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Intake Guidance: Facilitate streamlined request processes, ensuring submission completeness and providing proactive stakeholder guidance to mitigate operational latency.

Team Liaison: Serve as the primary interface between CS CoE departments, primarily Data & Digital Catalysts (DDC), and the CPL team, coordinating budget validations and ensuringalignment with established processes.

Operational Execution: Oversee comprehensive contract administration, including intake management, procurement tracking, and the coordination of resource onboarding and offboarding.

Lifecycle Management: Monitor and administer contract renewals, amendments, and extensions, maintaining rigorous financial and compliance oversight throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Operational Governance: Uphold strict governance standards to ensure accurate tracking and process efficiency within the global CPL pipeline.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in functional operational processes or administrative support roles.

Communication & Networking: Exemplary communication skills, with the ability to navigate and influence global stakeholders while coordinating local execution.

Execution Excellence: Demonstrated capability for hands-on delivery and the meticulous tracking of tasks to ensure timely resolution of requirements.

Agility: Proven ability to operate effectively within a dynamic, high-velocity environment, managing multiple, simultaneous workstreams with precision.

Specialised Expertise: Direct experience supporting procurement or vendor governance within pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments, including the management of software licensing portfolios and technology vendor engagements.

Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and cost management processes.
