Contract Management Specialist

For Our Client we are looking for a Contract Management Specialist.

Poland, remoteB2B/UZ student: 60-80pln/hKey Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of contracts, ensuring all commercial terms are accurate and aligned with project requirements.

Partner with internal stakeholders to define contract deliverables, timelines, financial arrangements, and project expectations.

Manage contract negotiations and support amendments, updates, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor contract progress to ensure changes in scope, pricing, or deliverables are properly documented and reflected in contractual agreements.

Serve as a key point of contact for clients on assigned projects, maintaining effective communication and supporting relationship management.

Drive the contract execution process from initiation through final approval, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

Key Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration, contract coordination, pricing, commercial operations, or a related field.

Experience working with contracts, commercial documentation, budgets, pricing structures, or terms & conditions management.

Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across different teams and departments.

High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.

Exposure to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, or medical device industry is advantageous but not required.

Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with stakeholders across the EMEA region.

Fluency in English and Polish
