Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services Team Member to join their Warsaw office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with expertise in IFRS and German GAAP (HGB) to work on complex accounting and capital markets issues for a diverse client base.

Position Overview

As a Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting national and international clients in resolving intricate accounting and regulatory challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in assisting banks, insurance companies, and asset managers with complex matters related to financial instruments, insurance contracts, and structured transactions. You will engage in a wide range of projects, including IFRS conversions, implementation of new accounting standards, and tackling accounting aspects in M& A and private equity deals.
