Your responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Azure customers and troubleshoot platform-related issues
• Analyze and resolve technical problems related to Azure, operating systems, and networking
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve issue resolution
• Develop technical skills through Azure training and hands-on experience

Our requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or cloud-related roles
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud concepts
• Understanding of Windows environments, virtualization, and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, Active Directory)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• English proficiency
