AWS Connect / Genesys Migration Engineer

Scope:

Solution Implementation: Participate in the deployment and implementation of core Contact Center systems.

Platform Migration: Support and execute the technical migration from Genesys to AWS Connect.

Software Development: Develop, optimize, and maintain robust solutions using Python.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively contribute to upgrading and optimizing existing Contact Center solutions.

Skills:

Hands-on experience with AWS Connect; strong preference for experience with Genesys.

Proficiency in Python

Minimum of 3 years of commercial software development experience.

Strong business understanding of Contact Center processes, workflows, and solutions.

Experience with Cyara (automated testing and monitoring).

Knowledge of Node.js.
