Your responsibilities

• Capturing and implementing customer requirements and specifications within the global engineering team
• Technical processing of customer inquiries in cooperation with the KAM and the respective locations until handover to production
• Introduction of new products in series production/production
• Design of production processes and layout as part of the technical calculation of customer inquiries Definition of adequate production concepts for the different product segments
• Analysis of production process key figures (OEE, cycle time, setup time, standard time, etc.) for calculation purposes
• Management of customer-related project
• Technical documentation and preparation of application manuals, drawings and specifications
• Preparation of a user requirement specification (URS) as part of the machine design
• Participation in internal improvement projects (product, process, quality, efficiency, productivity

Our requirements

• Completed university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable subject
• Min. 5 years of experience in project management / multi-project management for technical products in an international environment, preferably in production/development
• Knowledge of common lean methods
• Good knowledge of production process automation
• Very good knowledge of common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good teamwork and communication skills, willingness to share knowledge
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Proven leadership skills as a project manager
• Willingness to travel
