Design and ship end-to-end production features across database, API, business logic, UI, testing, and deployment

• Build reliable, scalable applications with strong data integrity, authorization, validation, and performance
• Design relational data models, safe migrations, APIs, background jobs, and integrations with internal and third-party systems
• Develop modern web applications using Python and React with a focus on maintainability and consistent architectureUse AI coding agents across the development lifecycle - from planning and implementation to testing, refactoring, documentation, and code review
• Write clear, verifiable specifications and carefully review AI-generated code, catching subtle issues around security, correctness, performance, and edge cases
• Maintain high engineering standards through strong typing, automated testing, linting, CI/CD, and consistent code patternsOwn the reliability and performance of the applications you ship, including debugging production issues and participating in on-call
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into well-scoped, maintainable solutions
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, engineering standards, and tooling that improve both human- and AI-assisted developmentWe are looking for you, if you have:

Strong Python skills and hands-on experience building production applications in a typed Python codebase (type hints, mypy/pyright)

Solid full-stack experience with React, Python (FastAPI/Django), REST/GraphQL APIs, and modern web application architecture

• Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design, indexing, transactions, query optimization, and safe migrations
• Experience designing authentication and authorization for multi-user or multi-tenant applications, including data- and role-level access controls
• Practical experience with runtime validation, automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels, and production-quality engineering practices
• Proven experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot as a core part of the software development lifecycle
• Ability to effectively decompose ambiguous requirements into precise, verifiable tasks and critically review AI-generated code
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and observability
• Familiarity with React, ORMs/query builders, Redis, background job systems, and infrastructure-as-code is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWe offer:
