AI/ML Tech Lead (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to join our innovative team focused on agent engineering. In this remote role, you will drive the technical implementation of agent-based projects and lead a talented group of AI/ML engineers. You will take full ownership of the Workflow Compiler development, integrate AgentCore and LangGraph, and build the execution framework while ensuring consistent implementation of agent patterns across the organization. Your tasks

• Lead the AI/ML team and set the technical direction for agent-based projects
• Take full ownership of the Workflow Compiler development
• Integrate systems with AgentCore and Lang
• Graph
• Design and implement the execution framework and maintain consistency in agent patterns
• Mentor team members and conduct rigorous code reviews
• Support the debugging of complex agent states and execution flows
• Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML
• Proficiency in Python and its applications in AI/ML
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and agent workflow design
• Experience integrating with Bedrock Agent
• Core
• Expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and prompt evaluation
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and code review skills
• Advanced level of English and residency in Poland
