Your responsibilities Advising and supporting our highest-performing sellers during onboarding and throughout their entire journey. Managing and optimizing the performance of top-tier sellers, helping them unlock their full sales potential. Upgrading customers from a free trial period to paid packages by showcasing the value of our offerings. Enhancing customer profitability and satisfaction by identifying cross-selling opportunities for additional products and services. Accurately tracking interactions and actions within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting documents as directed by team leaders. Providing occasional support at events where the company is present, representing the company with expertise and professionalism. Contributing to the rollout of new features and programs with a proactive and “can-do” attitude. Our requirements Understand that successful selling requires regular client communication through various channels. Excel in effective communication and client engagement. Are fully proficient in German and English (any other language is nice to have) Are skilled in negotiation or eager to develop this skill.
