About usAt Juo, we're building software for businesses that want to build (or upgrade) and run their subscription offering. Business model-wise, Juo is a B2B SaaS company.
Our initial and current focus has been on direct-to-consumer ecommerce businesses selling physical products, but our goal is to make Juo components applicable in any industry where a subscription model can be applied for selling things.
Juo operates at the intersection of a few areas, like ecommerce and payments, and especially the new platform, with a strong focus on developer experience.
The team is lean and consists only of very experienced people. We had built other successful businesses together. We’d built unsuccessful some too and learned a ton from that.
We're backed by fantastic investors (MOC, Peak, Kogito, SMOK) and advisors, including domain experts from companies such as PayU, Piwik PRO, and Your KAYA. We've raised our seed round in November.
In other words, we have all the resources needed to be able to focus on building the product, shipping fast, and delivering value to the clients.
The role: Strategic Account ManagerWe are looking for an Account Growth Manager to take care of our entire customer base and drive long-term success across all accounts. In this senior role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them succeed with their subscription businesses while driving revenue growth, retention, and expansion for Juo.
You will combine strong commercial expertise with a deep understanding of subscription models, pricing strategy, and customer success. This is a hands-on, strategic role in which you will manage a portfolio of our clients and have real influence over pricing, renewals, and long-term partnerships in a fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Own and grow a portfolio of Juo clients, delivering consistent revenue through renewals, expansions, upselling, and cross-selling of Juo’s subscription platform features.
Build and execute tailored account plans focused on client success, subscription performance, and long-term value.
Proactively identify churn risks and design effective retention strategies for at-risk accounts.
Build an ecommerce community around the product.
Lead win-back initiatives for lost or dormant clients, analysing root causes.
Lead complex pricing negotiations, contract renewals, and custom agreements while protecting company margins and aligning with customer subscription goals.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally — working closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to share insights and drive product improvements.
Conduct regular business reviews and strategic consultations with founders
Monitor industry trends in ecommerce, subscriptions, and payments to identify new opportunities.
Track and report on key metrics: net revenue retention and customer health.
Requirements and qualifications:5+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Key Account Management, or Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
Proven track record managing high-value clients with complex pricing, renewals, and retention challenges.
Strong ecommerce knowledge — especially around subscription pricing, billing models, and revenue and retention optimization.
Data analysis skills.
Demonstrated success in churn reduction and win-back campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills (comfortable engaging with founders and senior leaders).
Data-driven approach with experience using CRM tools.
Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced startup environment and think strategically while executing hands-on.
Ability to learn and adapt (very) quickly.
Fluent Polish (written and spoken).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
