Access Management Specialist

Summary: The Administration role focuses on managing demand requests, onboarding, rights management, and off-boarding processes to ensure efficient handling of external service orders and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Main Responsibilities:

End-to-end handling of external service orders and third-party demand requests (EDL).

Creating and tracking purchase requisitions (BANFs) in SAP.

Rights management in myID (internal and external users), including onboarding and offboarding processes.

Monthly reporting on hours booked versus DLD budgets.

Ongoing monitoring and reporting on rights and contracts, with an emphasis on enhancing access management processes.

Ensuring documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

Fluent English (written and spoken) - mandatory, considering the international third-party vendors.

German language skills are a plus.

Strong experience in SAP and ServiceNow (ordering and rights administration).

Background in Identity & Access Management, ideally hands-on with myID.

Structured, process-driven, and compliance-minded working style.

Strong communication and assertiveness skills.

Third-party management experience is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience in operational management.

Knowledge of IT service management.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.
