Diagx by BEM Automotive puts a mechanic's diagnostic tools in every driver's pocket. A small OBD-II adapter + app that scans any car, explains the fault codes in plain language, and lets drivers walk into a workshop knowing what's actually wrong.

In a B2C startup, marketing is the whole journey from 'never heard of it' to 'renewed for another year.' You own all of it.

What you'll do:

• Make a technical product feel simple, trustworthy, and human.
• Own content + SEO
• Grow organic social (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
• Performance Marketing (Meta, Google) once there's a funnel worth scaling.
• Build partnerships with car creators, mechanics, and communities.
• Own landing pages and the signup flow
• Run the pre-launch waitlist and the launch campaign.
• Own email & lifecycle
• Track the funnel end to end (traffic → signup → paid → renewal), know your CAC, and double down on what works.

Requirements

• B2C marketing or growth experience, ideally at a startup or building from zero.
• A true generalist who ships - strategy one hour, hands-on execution the next.
• Sharp writer who makes technical topics feel human.
• Comfortable across the core channels (SEO, content, social, paid, email) and the data behind them.
• Bias toward action: launch, measure, learn, repeat
