Warehouse Security Leader

The Security Supervisor keeps the site safe and well-maintained and serves as the main liaison with the industrial park's contracted security team. The role covers access control, CCTV, fire safety and emergency response, as well as day-to-day facility upkeep through external contractors.

Security Management

• Main point of contact for the park's security team; oversee guard scheduling, shift handovers and daily performance
• Access control for employees, visitors, contractors and vehicles
• Run patrols and safety inspections; handle and report incidents such as theft, vandalism and unauthorized access
• Fire safety: regular checks of extinguishers, escape routes and alarms; organize fire drills
• Keep emergency response plans current; support BHP (health & safety) inspections and corrective actions

Facility Maintenance

• Daily inspections and repairs for the building and infrastructure (utilities, HVAC, lighting, doors, floors, dock equipment)
• Manage maintenance contractors: work orders, quality acceptance and cost records
• Coordinate the cleaning contractor; check cleaning quality and frequency
• Keep facility logs and budget records; support major repairs and renovations
• Check key assets (forklift charging area, racking, roller shutters, dock seals)

Compliance & Administration

• Maintain security incident logs, accident reports and insurance records
• Reconcile monthly attendance and settlement data for security and facility services with Finance
• Safeguard keys, access authorizations, CCTV footage and security documents

Requirements

• 2+ years in security or facility management; warehouse, logistics or industrial park background preferred
• Knowledge of Polish security and fire regulations (Act on the Protection of Persons and Property, BHP)
• Good coordination and communication with outsourced teams and park management
• Working English; Polish preferred
