Keep wind turbines moving. Start in the warehouse.

At Fair

Wind, warehouse operations are not a background function — they are a critical part of keeping wind turbines running worldwide. Every picked part, every shipment and every inventory movement has a direct impact on projects, service teams and turbine availability.

We are now looking for a Warehouse Operations Specialist who wants real responsibility, works accurately, and understands what it means to support technical operations in the wind industry.

Why this role matters

This is not a standard warehouse job. You will work with technical equipment for wind turbines, support service and project teams, and ensure that the right materials reach the right place at the right time — safely and documented correctly.

You will work independently, take ownership of daily operations and be part of a team where quality, safety and reliability truly matter.

What you will do

  • Handle incoming and outgoing materials for wind turbine projects and service activities
  • Receive, inspect and unload technical parts and equipment
  • Pick, prepare and load materials for transport to sites and customers
  • Manage internal stock movements and put-away activities
  • Work actively with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for all warehouse transactions
  • Ensure high inventory accuracy and correct documentation
  • Operate forklifts safely and responsibly
  • Prepare shipments, secure materials and complete shipping documentation
  • Identify damages, quality deviations or inconsistencies and report them
  • Maintain order, structure and safety standards in the warehouse
  • Actively follow Health & Safety rules and use required PPE
  • Support continuous improvements, Lean mindset and 5S standards

Who we are looking for

You are practical, structured and take pride in doing things right.

  • Experience in warehouse and logistics operations
  • Valid forklift license (UDT or equivalent)
  • Valid driver’s license (B)
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Good understanding of material flow, inventory accuracy and documentation
  • Experience with warehouse IT systems and scanners
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Team-oriented and reliable
  • Fluent English – spoken and written

What we offer

  • A key role in a global wind energy company
  • Direct impact on real projects and service operations
  • Stable employment and clear scope of responsibility
  • Cooperation with experienced warehouse and supply chain teams
  • A safety-focused, professional technical environment
  • Opportunities to improve processes and influence how work is done
