Your tasks
- Managing end-to-end system changes, including gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, designing solutions, configuring, implementing, testing, and validating
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, Digital QA, and Digital Enablement teams
- Translating business requirements into scalable and compliant system solutions
- Performing impact assessments and supporting change analysis and change management processes
- Ensuring alignment with governance and quality standards
- Supporting validation activities and maintaining system documentation
- RequirementsAt least 5 years of proven experience in Veeva Vault, with a focus on Veeva RIM (Regulated Information Management) and/or Veeva Quality
- Hands-on experience with system configuration and implementation
- Strong background in impact assessments, change analysis, and change management
- Previous work with a GxP-regulated environment
- Experience managing validation documentation in Veeva Quality
- Familiarity with Veeva General Releases and release impact handling
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a structured, solution-oriented wayVery good command of English
- Residing in Poland required

- Experience in digital validation using tools such as Jira Xray
