Veeva Vault Consultant – RIM/QMS (f/m/x)

We are currently looking for an experienced Veeva Consultant to support a project for a global biotech company specializing in antibody therapeutics for the treatment of cancer and other serious diseases.

In this role, you will work within a regulated environment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and digital teams to design and implement scalable solutions based on Veeva Vault.

Your tasks

• Managing end-to-end system changes, including gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, designing solutions, configuring, implementing, testing, and validating
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, Digital QA, and Digital Enablement teams
• Translating business requirements into scalable and compliant system solutions
• Performing impact assessments and supporting change analysis and change management processes
• Ensuring alignment with governance and quality standards
• Supporting validation activities and maintaining system documentation
• RequirementsAt least 5 years of proven experience in Veeva Vault, with a focus on Veeva RIM (Regulated Information Management) and/or Veeva Quality
• Hands-on experience with system configuration and implementation
• Strong background in impact assessments, change analysis, and change management
• Previous work with a GxP-regulated environment
• Experience managing validation documentation in Veeva Quality
• Familiarity with Veeva General Releases and release impact handling
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a structured, solution-oriented wayVery good command of English
• Residing in Poland required

• Experience in digital validation using tools such as Jira Xray
