Your responsibilities

• You design end-to-end user experiences for our client-facing products, including our Insights transactions portal, reconciliation and reporting flows.
• You plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis and translate those insights in UX decisions.
• You translate business requirements into insightful UX strategies based on data-driven user research
• You create user stories, personas and storyboards
• You define the information architecture and develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• You extend and improve our brand through your designs and our design system
• You actively maintain, refine and extend our design system
• You collaborate with other designers, product managers and engineers
• You actively use generative AI in your design workflow

Our requirements

• You have experience as a UX Designer in an international environment
• You have experience in user research as well as using usability testing platforms
• You have experience in working with Scrum teams and tools like Jira, Confluence
• You have sophisticated skills in using Figma, prototyping tools, HTML, CSS & AI
• You have experience in the full UX journey and are capable of performing effectively in each stage
• You are an open-minded team player with strong communication and visualisation skills
• You are strong in UI design
• You have good communication skills in English
• You have an online portfolio showing your work and which you can share upon your application
