THE ROLEWe are looking for a Transformation Enabler, an organised, creative, and AI-curious person who will run our marketing communications, make sure every training we deliver has the right materials, and help us find smarter, more efficient ways of working.

This is a hands-on role combining marketing - content, social media, events, and leads - with the practical coordination of training materials, and using AI and digital tools to make our internal processes smarter.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Marketing→ Marketing materials — brochures, catalogues→ Social media — LinkedIn→ Marketing Events→ Incoming leads management→ Newsletters→ Other marketing activities, based on the marketing strategy
• Training materials & logistics→ Preparing and printing paper training manuals→ Preparing certificates for participants→ Organising other materials - notebooks, pens, and similar items→ Delivery of training materials to training locations
• Business Optimisation with AI→ Reviewing work processes and using AI and digital tools to identify where we can save time, reduce manual work, and work smarter across marketing, training materials, and other internal processes
• APPLY IF→ You are fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken→ You are curious about AI and comfortable using it in daily work→ You are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several tasks and deadlines at once→ You are service-minded and reliable - happy to take care of the practical, hands-on side of materials as well as the creative side of marketing→ You have experience with marketing or communications — content creation, social media (LinkedIn), newsletters, or event coordination→ You are comfortable with tools such as PowerPoint, or similar; experience with AI tools, CRM, or newsletter tools is a plus
