Your Role at FoapAs a TikTok Shop Talent Manager, you will take full ownership of the creator side of our TikTok Shop ecosystem. From identifying and onboarding creators to supporting their growth and helping them succeed in affiliate campaigns, you will play a key role in building our creator network from the ground up.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Creator Acquisition and Growth

Recruiting and onboarding creators into the Foap Creator Network.

Identifying high-potential creators based on audience, engagement, and niche.

Managing the entire creator journey, from first contact to long-term collaboration.

Building strong relationships and supporting creators in their everyday work.

Education and Community Building

Organizing webinars and educational sessions.

Coaching creators on live shopping and short-form content creation.

Sharing platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Campaign Management and Compliance

Ensuring content quality and compliance across the creator network.

Supporting creators in affiliate campaigns and sales activities.

Coordinating samples, campaigns, and ongoing communication.

RequirementsTwo to three years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator relations, community management, or social media.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Confidence speaking in front of an audience and leading webinars.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of TikTok, creator culture, and affiliate marketing.

Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2/C1 level).

Nice to HaveAn existing network of creator contacts.

Experience in affiliate marketing and performance-based campaigns.

Knowledge of live commerce and short-form video production.
