Tasks

Create and implement test strategies and concepts for all test levels in embedded, cloud, mobile and web applications
Improve our development and testing processes, methods and tools, and support the development teams
Plan, set up and maintain test environments and automation frameworks
Align testing activities with management, developers, and quality assurance
Evaluate and report on the maturity of digital products

Qualifications

Academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of experience planning and running test strategies for digital solutions or complex distributed systems
ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Management or comparable certification
Expert knowledge in tools and methods for test management, test design and test automation
Programming / scripting skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
Knowledge of CT, CI/CD and agile working methods
Profound communication and presentation skills in English and German
Knowledge in system design, system architecture, safety and security
