Technical Project & Estimation Specialist – Industrial Installations

We are looking for a technically minded person to support the preparation and execution of industrial and installation projects in Poland and abroad.

Extensive experience is not required. We are also open to junior candidates or candidates with limited experience who have good technical understanding and are willing to learn.

Main responsibilities

* Analysing customer inquiries, drawings and technical documentation.

* Preparing cost calculations, estimates and commercial offers.

* Calculating materials, quantities, working hours and basic project costs.

* Preparing and modifying technical drawings in AutoCAD or similar software.

* Preparing material lists and quantity take-offs.

* Searching for materials, equipment and suppliers, requesting quotations and comparing offers.

* Supporting industrial piping, mechanical, steel, HVAC and installation projects.

* Contact with customers, suppliers and project teams.

* Supporting ongoing projects with technical documentation and purchasing.

* Occasional visits to project sites when required.

Requirements

* Technical education or practical technical knowledge.

* Ability to read technical drawings.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software.

* Good computer skills, particularly Excel.

* Communicative English – required.

* Communicative Polish.

* Good organization, logical thinking and willingness to learn.

* Driving licence category B.

Experience with cost estimation, industrial piping, HVAC, mechanical installations, steel structures or similar technical projects is an advantage, but not mandatory.
