About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for complex platform integration projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by mapping end-to-end system flows, analyzing APIs, and translating requirements into clear, actionable specifications for engineering and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and functional solution analysis.

Produce and maintain core documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, transaction flows, and sequence diagrams.

Create and manage Jira epics, features, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.

Analyze and document system integrations, API interfaces, and data payloads (JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI).

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle.

Track and manage integration dependencies, system boundaries, scope changes, and cross-platform data movement.

Support end-to-end testing, issue triage, UAT/CAT, and release readiness activities.

Required Qualifications3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA supporting complex enterprise platforms or system integrations.

Functional understanding of API documentation, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, JSON payloads, and sequence diagrams.

Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in Jira (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).

Ability to map complex business processes, transaction flows, system interactions, and integration dependencies.

Solid understanding of authentication concepts, tokens, endpoints, environment configurations, and release setups.

Experience working within regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-heavy environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate technical constraints into business impacts.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-volume, transactional domains (e.g., FinTech, Payments, E-commerce, or High-Load Platforms).

Practical SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.

Relevant certifications (e.g., IREB/CPRE, SAFe, CBAP).

Background supporting multi-market, multi-region, or multi-jurisdiction platform implementations.
