We are seeking a hands-on Database Administrator to join our Enterprise Infrastructure – Digital Business Automation team. This role is critical for supporting mission‑critical Linux-based platforms, including **IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Connect:

Direct** and BMC Control-M, in a high-availability production environment.

You will work on complex database operations, production incident handling (L2/L3), and ensure platform stability across global teams. This role offers massive learning opportunities, exposure to large-scale regulated systems, and the chance to grow in performance optimization, resilience, and automation in a global banking environment.

Working Hours: Core hours 09:00–17:00 CET (flexible), occasional early/late calls to support UK/India On-Call: Yes (1–2 weeks/month), weekend changes included

Recruitment Process: 2 stages Team Location: Global teams (Poland, UK, India) Hybrid Work: only 6 days/month onsite in Kraków Contract Duration: 12+ months (option to extend)
