Acting as a bridge between corporate and institutional clients, CIB aims to connect the financing needs of our corporate clients with the investment needs of our institutional clientele.

About the teamWe are currently forming a new team in Warsaw that will be responsible for one the core global systems within BNP CIB. We will be developing a new application that aims to serve as the global platform for managing cash position incorporating latest AI tools available. Requirements:

Backend: Java 25, Spring Boot, Postgrade SQL, Kafka, Open API, Vault

Frontend: Angular 19+, NgRx, Angular Material, CypressCI/CD: Kubernetes (IBM Cloud), Docker, Terraform, GitLab CI/Jenkins, Maven

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent coordination skills.

Ability to define technical critical path and take necessary steps to deliver it.

Ownership, multitasking, self-efficient and proactive.

Understanding microservice architecture, communication and development.

Understanding of SCRUM methodology.

Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

Experience using AI tools for design and development.

Experience in participating in a geographically distributed technical team.

Experience as Technical Lead. Responsibilities: Collaboration with the global team responsible for the overall system roadmap to align local development with long-term strategic goals.

Partnership with business stakeholders to analyse complex processes and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.

Designing high-level roadmaps categorized by system components and development streams.

Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team, presenting functional requirements and resolving ambiguities to ensure seamless execution.

Preparing comprehensive, high-quality documentation for both end-users and IT Support.

Participation in the full rollout lifecycle, from strategic deployment planning to the delivery of user training. What we offer:
