You lead the Premium Features squad - the team that extends, maintains, and re-architects high-value functionality built for our biggest bank clients. You keep it running. You make it better.

You run the squad and you write the code. Both, seriously. This role is built for engineers who want the scope of leadership without stepping away from the craft.

Your squad ships what our biggest clients actually pay for, and what you build sets the bar the rest of the platform follows.
