PROJECTAs a SysOps Engineer, you will be working in an operations team to support our operations teams in Munich. You will be supporting mission-critical applications and the infrastructure of our global enterprise customers.

YOU WILL

Perform deployment of the infrastructure and services ( GitHub Actions + Kubernetes +AWS) Handle Incidents and changes for 24x7x365 mission-critical infrastructure
Work with 3rd-level teams to solve incidents
Analyze and troubleshoot incidents by using monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, etc.

MUST HAVE

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering
About 2 years of experience in a similar position
Basic knowledge of GitHub CI/CD Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow)

Thorough knowledge of Linux, preferably Red Hat and SUSE

Experience with Docker/Podman
Good networking know-how: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS
Basic experience in monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, Kibana/ELK Stack
Team player with good communication skills
Experience with AWS (EKS, ECR, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, Lambda, RDS, SQS)
