SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Management Specialist

Summary: The role focuses on enhancing the performance and alignment of SuccessFactors applications within the IT team, contributing to the organization's transformation, and ensuring value delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

Support Ticketing: End-to-End Case Management - Oversee the process from case intake to resolution, managing escalations for partners/distributors.

Evolution Management - Evaluate and implement change requests, aligning with business objectives and compliance.

Agile Methodology - Utilize agile practices, including user story creation, for effective planning and implementation.

Release Management - Coordinate monthly releases, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Backlog Prioritization - Work with support teams to prioritize tasks based on legal changes and maintenance needs.

Collaboration - Partner with IT HR stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven senior experience in SuccessFactors application management services.

Proven senior experience in the SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.

Proven experience in one or more other SF Modules (e.g., Recruiting, Performance & Goals, etc.).

SAP SuccessFactors certification.

Nice to Have:

Proven experience in Cornerstone Learning Management System.

Passionate about learning new things and collaborative work styles.

Understanding of agile methodologies.
