Your responsibilities

Gathering requirements from customers;
Proposing business solutions for customers’ needs;
Preparing a necessary technical specification;
Designing and creating databases for computer systems;
Designing IT solutions based on various technologies including low-code platforms and AI;
Planning next releases, scoping the implementation;
Working closely with team members and managing code review;
Solving the issues with the existing architecture and delivery process;
Working closely with customers, communicating project status, raising risks;
Managing and motivating team members daily.

Our requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using backend or frontend technologies
Familiarity with process flow frameworks (BPMN, UML)
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Understanding system integration principles (API etc.)
Proactivity in daily duties
Experience in designing ETL processes and software implementation
Fluent English (C1 level) is a must
High communication skills - consulting approach
Teamwork skills, good organization, planning, and a positive attitude

Optional

Familiarity with some of the automation or low code technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Query, Python, Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath, Oracle Apex)
